I was taking a shower….I started smelling something kind of fruity that I never smell usually. I remembered I had just placed a container of watermelon protein powder on the office desk in the back that morning. Sigh!!!! How does he do it? Always get into mischief?

According to just about every little boy in the 2-4 age range at least, and probably beyond (I don’t know I haven’t got that far yet). Every thursday morning Nolan hears the familiar loud sound of the garbage truck in our neighborhood and gets very excited to go watch. It’s probably the one time the garbage truck guy feels like he does something cool for a living. Being raised in this family, I’m pretty sure Nolan will always feel that hard labor is something to be respected and looked up to, since his father is the perfect example of this. Thank you hunny for working so hard to support our family. It ain’t easy in this day and age- while I haven’t treasured every single moment that I could be here to raise my son at home (especially moments in his first year when that little baby made me feel like I was going mad) I have treasured most of them. It’s something I wouldn’t trade for anything- the value I feel it has for Nolan’s life is unmeasurable.
