Don’t let this picture fool you- he looks like he’s paying rapt *quiet* attention- I’m not sure how the camera captured such a photo.  Who’s kid is this anyway and what’s he doing on Nolan’s blog?  Lol.  He is learning to sit and flip through books for a few minutes at a time now which is super fantastic and I’m really proud of his progress.  He’s a sweetie pie.

So I got a webcam for the first time a couple days ago.  Daddy and Nolan decided to try it out and they came up with some funny stuff while playing with the webcam software effects….

Nolan is 15 months old today.  His 12-18 month pants are now officially flooding on him, so we’re on to his 18-24 month pants already.  He is climbing up on chairs now (scary).  Starting to get those boyhood injuries.  Split lip, gash in his gums, stuff like that.

He is quite taken with the dishwasher and everytime I’m loading it he wants to be a part of the action.  Unfortunately I’m not cool with him removing the knives I’ve put in there so he’s learning that’s off limits- but he’s taken to adding things to the dishwasher instead of the no-no of removing them- recently it was a paper cup I somehow didn’t notice and when I opened the clean dishwasher I found one of the forks stuck to a paper cup that had gone through the whole cycle.
