Yes, I’m both baring it all, and bearing it all.  Remember in the honeymoon days of my pregnancy- the back room was partially set up for Nolan and it looked like this?

Everything was all perfect- colors all matched, carpet had no stains, no junk or garbage anywhere- just a nice, well put together area that was clean and organized.  Well, those days are over….

As Nolan gets more active and able, he is getting into everything- pulling everything out of everywhere- and in the end I let him because I know he’s exploring and learning as he does so and I don’t have the heart to stifle him.  I can’t blame it all on him I guess- he didn’t leave those water glasses and cereal bowls on the computer desk for 3 days.  I did.  But we have all been so busy lately that cleaning has been a bit on the back burner…sigh…in the old days my house always looked clean….

Had my second quilt class and all my ladies had fun taking breaks to play with Nolan.  He has a blast-just hung out and crawled around, played in his sandbox, and let himself be held by all the chicks.

Some sweet chinese neighbors move in next door recently and they came over for a short visit- the girls became quite enamored with Nolan’s sandbox and it was a good chance to help learn what “sharing” is.  I had to gently move his hand away a few times as he reached for the different items the girls were using.
