Nolan’s Grammy came along for his doctor visit today, and while we waited Grammy helped keep him busy reading.

Everything about Nolan looks hearty and healthy- and he really is that too.  He now weighs 21 lbs and is 29″ tall.  Where he is in the percentile has changed too- he is now in the 85th percentile for height and 45th for weight- so he’s actually kind of a slim guy for his height- I think because he is so busy and active these days!

Someone recently said the best thing a man can do for his children is to LOVE THEIR MOTHER.  I liked that.  We got to go on a date a couple of tuesdays ago- it was so fun- went to lunch, then hiking, then short nap and then- something we haven’t done since before we were married- went to a concert!  It really did feel like we were dating again- so fun to hang out together alone.  Man isn’t my husband soooo handsome????
