If Nolan’s expression below isn’t a “Ben” expression, I don’t know what is.  The last month or so as Nolan really turns into a little boy, many people have been saying that he looks more and more like Ben.

Ben had what we call a public talk this past Sunday- a bible speech prepared with the public in mind.  This was his first time giving this particular talk, and he spent many hours putting it together, the duration of which was 30 minutes long.  Since Ben hasn’t had a new suit in literally at least 6 years if not more, and has been left with only 1 suit for the last couple years or so, we decided it was time to purchase a new one.  I was fortunate to find one almost exactly the same color as his previous light suit (that he wore into the grave).  I had actually saved his old light suit- just not bearing to part with it quite yet in case something could be done with it to spare it somehow as it had always looked so fantastic on him.  I realized perhaps there was enough fabric that could be salvaged from the suit to make a matching suit for Nolan, and as it turned out, there was.  They looked so cute together!

Nolan is 27 months now- I just can’t believe it.  The change between Nolan at 1 year and Nolan a little over 2 years old is just astonishing.  He talks so much and so well, and we can’t get him to stop.  :)-
