Recently Ben was involved in a music gig in someone’s backyard- it turned out great! The nice thing was the sound was great, which as music groupies know- is always one of the #1 problems with a live show.

I love this one!  The tweaking of his lips to do the fast keyboard changes is priceless.  Luv u hunny!

Nolan of course wanted a hand at trying after it was all over.

I had a chance to experience 2 children at once the other day when my friend needed me to watch her youngest son who is 20 months, 8 months older than Nolan.  He’s a good kid so it wasn’t bad, but it definitely takes even more focused attention than usual.

This kid can run around easily of course, so Nolan wiped himself out trying to crawl back and forth following his new friend.  As soon as Nolan would catch up with him in one room, the little kid would take off running back down the hallway to another room.  Then Nolan would head that way, only to have to turn back and go the other way as soon as he got there.

Once my friend’s oldest son was out of school, they both came over and we watched the 3 of them play together.

In a perfect world I would love to have a bunch of kids- it was so cute to see the 3 boys wrassling around and interacting.  The pictures make it look especially cute.  But in real life….I’m really tired with just one….so there are no plans for add-ons.
